QUALIFICATION :
1.Graduate from accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred
2. Current Washington RN license
3. 1-year acute care experience preferred
4. National Certification in area of specialty preferred
ON-CALL REQUIREMENTS
- OR Scrub / Circulator Must be available to be "on-call" and able to respond physically to the hospital
within 30 minutes.
Acute care RNs - may need be available for "on-call" 2 shifts per monthOB RN must be able to respond physical to the hospital within 30 minutes. OB RN "on-call" includescall for postpartum couplet care when the census requires additional staffing.
MEETINGS - All RNs are expected to maintain an annual attendance rate of 75% of monthly staff meetings. A
100% annual attendance rate is expected for mandatory staff meetings.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English to satisfactorily perform the essential functions ofthe position
Proficiency with Information Technology, such as electronic health records, communications systems,computers and equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the position
Skilled to work with a wide range of staff as part of an interdisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, andancillary staff

Accountable to the House Supervisor, Nurse Manager and Director of NursingServices (DNS).
