Provide high-acuity nursing care to PCU patients requiring close monitoring Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy per provider orders Monitor and interpret patient vital signs, telemetry, and lab results Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care Maintain accurate documentation in EMR according to hospital policy Float to other units within scope of competency when required
