UGLFHC is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to providing comprehensive care to all, regardless of their ability to pay.

Practice & Compensation Highlights

• Role : Family Medicine Physician (MD / DO) in a 100% Outpatient setting.
• Schedule : Monday-Friday , regular hours. No call or inpatient duties.
• Support : Integrated care with Dental and Behavioral Health; dedicated RN / MA support; on-site lab and X-ray.
• Sign-On Bonus : $100,000 .
• Earning Potential : Base $265,000 - $285,000; total compensation with RVU bonuses able to exceed $300,000 .
• Time Off : 30 Days PTO plus paid holidays.
• Malpractice : 100% FTCA coverage with tail insurance .
• Loan Repayment : Designated as an HPSA site , qualifying for federal loan repayment programs .
