Description :

An experienced Advanced Practice Provider is needed to provide outpatient cardiology coverage on a locum tenens basis.

This is a clinic-only position with no inpatient, hospital rounding, or procedural responsibilities.

The provider will manage follow-up visits after procedures, annual cardiology visits, and acute outpatient cardiology visits.

This role includes inbox coverage for providers who are out of the office.

The typical patient volume is approximately 16 patient visits per day with no consultations, focusing on follow-up and established patient visits.

The provider must be comfortable working independently within a team-based care model.

Additionally, proficiency in interpreting cardiology imaging and diagnostic testing results for the management of complex patients is essential.

No call or weekends are required.

A collaborative team-based clinic atmosphere with full support staff is in place.
