We are a leading substance use and mental health facility committed to providing comprehensive care and support to individuals facing addiction and mental health challenges. Our interdisciplinary team of professionals is dedicated to delivering evidence-based treatment and personalized care to empower our clients on their journey to recovery.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outreach Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, increasing awareness of our services, and facilitating access to care and community resources.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Develop referral relationships by telephone, email, and in-person visits.

Utilize digital marketing tools to develop new ways to attract clients while maintaining strict confidentiality and excellent customer service, achieving high market awareness of community and prospective clients.

Generate leads from outside referral sources in the community through face-to-face meetings on an ongoing basis.

Maintain admission records and perform administrative functions requested by Director of Admissions.

Develop an outreach plan based on the needs of the community on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Coordinate referral development activities with all staff involved in the admission process and activities.

Assesses referral trends, patterns, and efficiencies related to admission activities.

Preserve and protect privacy, confidentiality, and security of all medical records, proprietary and other confidential information. All activities and affiliates must be in accordance with all applicable laws, especially HIPAA.

Promote Galt Ocean Rehab in a positive manner, and lead by example, modeling our core values in everyday behavior.

Treat clients, family members, and other team members with dignity and respect.

Communicate promptly and effectively with the Director of Admissions and other team members. Work well within the team environment at Galt Ocean Rehab.

Maintain and sustain a safe community and workplace.

Follow Galt Ocean Rehab’s policies and procedures.

Performs other related duties as assigned or directed by the Director of Admissions.

Minimum Qualifications :

High School diploma or equivalent, with 2 years of experience in substance abuse and mental health.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Preferred.

Minimum of two years of professional marketing and community outreach experience.

Minimum of two years of experience in Substance Abuse / Mental Health.

Self-motivated, organized, and professional.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess skills in conflict, problem-solving, and budgeting.

Must be able to communicate and function in the interdisciplinary team.

Have a neat, professional, courteous manner and appearance.

Consistent execution and follow-up abilities.

Possess a current driver’s license and appropriate driving record with reliable transportation.

Computer proficiency recommended (EMR, CRM, Microsoft Office Suite)
