Accountant II

A company is looking for an Accountant II to manage financial transactions and reporting in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with month-end closing, account reconciliations, and journal entries

Update and maintain accounting records and ensure compliance with GAAP

Train and mentor team members while recommending process improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software, preferably Sage / Intacct

Experience with lease accounting and compliance with ASC 842

Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
