We are currently seeking a Sr. Manager, Digital Transformation Leader, who will be responsible for driving and overseeing the digital transformation initiatives for our operations organization. As the Digital Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to leverage digital technologies, enhance operational efficiency, and drive business growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep understanding of digital technologies, and the ability to collaborate across various functions and teams. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Senior Director, Digital Manufacturing & Intelligent Automation and is part of the Global Engineering team.

In this role, you will be responsible for :

• Be at the forefront of identifying and evaluating emerging digital trends and technologies.
• Strong focus on establishing and progressing our Smart Manufacturing Global Strategy, which will include developing our Capability Center.
• Driving cultural change and organizational readiness for digital transformation.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts.
• Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of digital transformation initiatives.
