Systems Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Perform day-to-day activities related to the support, research, analysis, and implementation of Windows Server, VMware, cloud technologies, data backup / recovery systems, IT security best practices, fundamental networking, and some Linux
• System architecture, OS upgrades, patch management, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring
• Provide technical support of on-premises, cloud, and virtual server environments
• Create system documentation and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with cross-division teams and federal management on daily operations and project work
