Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing
• 3–5 years of substantive experience with real estate transactions , including acquisitions , dispositions , and leasing
• Experience with real estate debt and / or equity matters
• Strong drafting , negotiation , and communication skills
• Elevated attention to detail, with proven ability to manage complex transactions from start to finish
• Confident in managing client relationships and providing strategic, business-oriented legal counsel
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
