Job Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated Home Dialysis Registered Nurse to provide exceptional nursing care to patients experiencing varying states of health. You will play a critical role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care plans. As an essential member of both nursing and multidisciplinary teams, you will deliver direct patient care, offer patient education, and prepare patients for ongoing care after discharge. This position may require you to take charge as needed.
We offer a compelling sign-on bonus for new external candidates : a one-time bonus of $20,000 for those with two or more years of Dialysis experience (prorated for part-time roles) or $10,000 for those with less than two years of experience (also prorated). A relocation package of $9,200 is available for applicants needing to relocate (prorated for part-time roles). Please note that current employees of the University of Vermont Health Network are not eligible for this bonus, and additional terms and conditions may apply.
