Job Description : Analyzes software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints involving management reporting systemsConsults with hardware engineers and other engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software, and operational and performance requirements of overall systemFormulates and designs software system, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of designDesigns, develops and directs software system testing procedures, programming, and documentationConsults with customer concerning maintenance of software system, and the ability to modify the system, with skills in Java / Oracle / IMS / DB2 / Unix / JDBC to analyze / design / develop / implement / test systems & applications on Android platformRequirements : Requires U.S. Masters Degree / foreign degree equivalent in Science, Engineering, or Technology, or in the alternative, a Bachelors Degree / foreign degree equivalent plus 5 years of applicable employment experience. Any experience in Java, Oracle, IMS, DB2, Unix, and JDBC is acceptableMust have legal authority to permanently work in the United States.
