We are a fast-growing PropTech SaaS company helping real estate brokerages and agents enhance their online presence and reputation through verified reviews and powerful marketing solutions. Our platform empowers brokerages to showcase trust, attract clients, and drive growth in a competitive market. We are now looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our US team and drive new business opportunities with large brokerages across the country.
The Role
As a Senior Account Executive, youll be responsible for developing and closing new business opportunities with mid-market level brokerages. This role requires a solution-oriented sales approach and a sales style conducive to building strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across marketing and leadership functions within brokerages.
Youll combine your SaaS sales expertise, knowledge of the real estate ecosystem, and strong communication skills to position our platform as a must-have marketing solution.
What Youll Do
- Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market level prospects across the brokerage sector, presenting our innovative digital marketing solution, designed specifically for the Real Estate / Brokerage market
- Lead the full sales cycle : from cold outbound calls and prospecting, discovery, and consultative solution selling through to negotiation and closing - the ability to develop intelligent client strategies and demonstrate real value is a key to success in this role
- Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders within your client base (brokerages) especially in marketing, operations, and leadership teams
- Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and customer success teams across US and Australia to ensure your client needs are understood and met
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting in the CRM (Hubspot)
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
About You
You are a self-motivated, professional, and consultative sales professional with a proven track record of closing SaaS solution sales into mid-market level clients. You thrive in a fast-paced, growing SaaS business and can confidently navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
Skills & Experience :
5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a mid-market or solutions sales roleStrong understanding of real estate, brokerage models, or PropTech highly desirableDemonstrated success in building relationships with senior stakeholders and closing five-figure dealsProven ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makersExceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environmentExperience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)Values Alignment : you live our values - we put the greater good of the team and the business before ourselves, we truly care about what we do, we think deeply and move fast to achieve the best outcomes for our clients and the business.
