Requirements : current FL license, Associates or BSN, BLS, PALS, requires at least one year clincial experience in Peds. Requires computer skills.

The Resource Nurse manages the unit’s clinical and operations activities in the absence of the Director. The Resource Nurse may also serve as the Charge Nurse or Staff Nurse as needed after completing the orientation and skills validations for those positions. Requirements : current FL license, BSN or currently enrolled in BSN program, previous supervisory experience, ability to lead as well as work in a team, computer skills, previous ER clinical experience.
