To help accelerate our growth and pace of delivery, we are looking for talented Marketers to help grow brand awareness and revenue for RemoFirst.

We are looking for a results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy and storytelling across our suite of global employment products.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Own positioning, messaging, and differentiation for RemoFirst's full product portfolio.
• Lead all go-to-market efforts for product and feature launches, partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Growth.
• Create and maintain product collateral, including decks, one-pagers, FAQs, and battlecards for internal and external use.
• Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to inform product strategy and roadmap prioritization.
• Translate technical capabilities into value-driven narratives that resonate with HR, Finance, and Operations audiences.
• Collaborate with Content and Growth teams to integrate product insights into campaigns and lifecycle marketing.
• Enable Sales with storytelling frameworks and data-backed materials to improve win rates and product adoption.
