Seasonal Clerical Position

The Seasonal Clerical position provides administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations at the Grounds Management site. This role assists staff and helps maintain organized workflows that support Natural Resources functions.

What You'll Do :

• Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and through email, providing accurate information about site operations and services.
• Perform clerical tasks including data entry, filing, record management, and preparing mailings.
• Enter and process documentation such as work orders, purchase orders, and daily reports.
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient office and common areas.
• Assist with preparing and distributing materials and resources for Natural Resources crews.
• Follow safety procedures and support a clean, hazard-free work environment.
• Contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere and deliver excellent customer service.
• Carry out additional tasks as needed to support site operations.
