Urgent Care Physician

Cross Country Locums (formerly MDA) seeking multiple Urgent Care Physicians for area sites in the Atlanta and Athens areas.

• BC or truly BE candidates only considered
• Shifts are 6 to 14 hours depending on the location and day
• Patient load is 4-6 per hour (6 is rare and based on location, but provider will know ahead of time if it's a busier location when they opt to pick up a shift.
• 14-15 shifts per month are needed
• Patients : Newborn Geriatric (sutures / splints, etc)
• Lab and Medicine Dispensary on site
• Required : GA License, be able to see all ages, BLS or ACLS, DEA, must be BC in MED / PED,FM,EM
• EMR : Epic for the UC and Agility for Occ Med
