Position Title : Senior Web Developer

Classification : Exempt

Reports to : CTO

The Senior Web Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and develop web applications. This position involves developing scalable web applications, possess a deep understanding of web technologies, and expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure.

Essential Functions

• Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using PHP, MySQL, Redis, AJAX, and Laravel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the applications meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain AWS infrastructure, including EC2 S3, EDS, and Elastic Beanstalk.
• Manage projects along the process from planning to deployment, ensuring that deadlines and budget constraints are met.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in web technologies and bring new ideas and approaches to the team.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Continuously improve development processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and quality.
• Develop and maintain documentation for applications, including code comments and technical specifications.
