Job Title : Physical Therapist - Sign-on Bonus

Job Type : Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week. Mon & Wed 7 : 30am-3 : 30pm, Tue & Thurs 11am-7pm, and Fri 7am-3pm. Will discuss schedule further during interview.)

Job Location : 400 Westage Business Center Drive, Fishkill, NY (Dutchess County; outpatient clinic)

Salary Range : $82,000.00 - $108,000.00 (commensurate with experience)
