Key Responsibilities
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for career development

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
4+ years of related work experience with 2 years in a leadership role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance
