Are You the Right Fit?
2+ years of experience in IT support and incident managementAbility to troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, networks, and web applicationsSolid administration skills in Linux and Windows environmentsExperience with monitoring tools such as LogicMonitor and DatadogFamiliarity with cloud platforms like AWS and AzureUnderstanding of web application architecture and serversBasic knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, TCP / IP, etc.)Intermediate+ English proficiency, both verbal and writtenStrong communication, collaboration, and documentation skillsAdaptable and flexible in a 24 / 7 operational settingConsistent in following processesEager to learn and adapt to new tools and workflowsAnalytical mindset with a logical approach to troubleshootingPreferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, and PagerDutyExperience with Jira and ConfluenceKnowledge of MongoDB and container management toolsUnderstanding of cloud-based infrastructure principlesYour Responsibilities :
As a vital part of our support team, you will work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
Provide technical support for client applications, addressing incidents and troubleshootingInvestigate issues in both Windows and Linux environmentsMonitor system performance using DataDog and LogicMonitorMaintain and configure DataDog monitors and alertsPropose enhancements for application performanceCommunicate updates on incidents and resolutions to teammates and stakeholdersExperience Working with Us :
