Part-Time RN

We're seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse to join our surgical care team. This position offers a dynamic, hands-on opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients while supporting a skilled clinical team. Occasional travel between our three locations-Hoover, Jasper, and Clanton-is required, with all travel time fully compensated.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-, intra-, and post-operative nursing care in accordance with established protocols and physician instructions.
• Administer and monitor local and IV sedation under physician direction.
• Assess patient conditions and adapt to changing clinical needs with professionalism and efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain a sterile and safe surgical environment.
• Educate patients on pre- and post-operative care to ensure comfort and understanding.
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation and uphold all privacy and confidentiality standards.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed to support the overall flow of the practice.
• Demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and a team-first attitude in a fast-paced surgical setting.
