Antitrust Attorney (Associate) (San Francisco Bay Area)

A top, Chambers-ranked, Antitrust Boutique with numerous offices across the country is growing due to an influx of new matters. An abundance of new work has come into the San Francisco office, and the firm is looking to add several associates.

The ideal candidate will have :

• 2-6 years of antitrust experience from big law, the DOJ, or the FTC
• Experience can be either deal side merger review or antitrust litigation
• Excellent academic credentials

This firm represents some of the largest companies in newsworthy antitrust matters but also maintains a diverse client base across various industries It is a full-scope practice that is busy in litigation, deal side, criminal, and counseling. Staffed leanly, associates get amazing substantive experience, and the firm emphasizes mentorship not only as attorneys but in business development and networking.

Compensation can be above market.

The firm is also highly cognizant of managing hours, as one of the reasons it seeks to hire several associates is to properly manage band-with of the existing associates (i.e. it wants people billing 2000 hours not 2200+).
