Job description

Job Description : An individual who under supervisionprovides assistance with daily living skills including but notlimited to light housekeeping nutritional and environmental support personal hygiene feeding and dressing.

Compensation : $11-$13 / hour (dependent upon level of experience)

Qualifications :

  • 1 year of direct care experience or equivalent educational experience (preferred)
  • Practices good hygiene and is neat in personal appearance (required)
  • Fluent in English- reading writing and speaking(required)
  • Must have or be willing to obtain CPR certification(required)
  • Successfully pass clearance and reference checks(required)
  • Able to obtain 2 step TB test(required)
  • Successfully pass a criminal background check(required)
  • Valid Drivers License (preferred)

    • Functi on al A b ilities :

  • Is able to carry bundles upstairs weighing up to 10 pounds.
  • Must be able to stoop and bend.
  • Must be able to travel to prospective Consumer s place of residence.
  • Must be able to hear and effectively communicate in English.

    • Organizational Relationship : Reports to the designated supervisor
