Pay Information

$500,000 to $600,000 per year

About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Vascular Surgeon to lead and grow a high-quality, community-focused vascular program in Northwest Ohio. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape a program, manage complex vascular cases, and work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Job Responsibilities

Establish and lead a community-based vascular surgery program

Provide advanced vascular surgical care including :

Abdominal and thoracic aneurysmal disease

Carotid artery disease

Hemodialysis access

Peripheral vascular disease and limb salvage

Perform open and endovascular procedures

Manage vascular conditions with medical therapy, lifestyle modification, and non-surgical interventions

Supervise advanced practice providers involved in vascular care

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiology, interventional radiology, and surgical specialties

Participate in program development and expansion (additional vascular surgeon and APP by 2027; hybrid OR construction planned)

Educate and train medical students, residents, fellows, nursing staff, and allied health professionals

Receive a clinical faculty appointment with The Ohio State University (Assistant / Associate Professor; 100% clinical)

Job Requirements

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Vascular Surgery ( within 5 years of eligibility acceptable )

Ohio Medical License (or willing to obtain)

DEA license (must be obtained prior to start)

Clean malpractice and background history

Must not require visa sponsorship

Benefits

Base salary :

$500,000 for 0–3 years of experience

$550,000 for 4–6 years of experience

$600,000+ for 7+ years of experience

Annual bonus potential up to $75,000

One-time signing bonus of $50,000

Relocation stipend up to $15,000

176 hours vacation , 120 hours sick leave, 11 paid holidays

$7,500 CME allowance

401k / 403b retirement plans, eligibility for OSU retirement benefits

Full-time position with supportive clinical and administrative team

Total annual compensation potential $500,000–$600,000+
