Your Role :
In this role, you will :
- Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care using the nursing process
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and compassionate care
- Anticipate and recognize significant changes in patients' conditions and respond appropriately
- Implement strategies to enhance patient safety and reduce risks
- Facilitate discharge planning and apply evidence-based practice consistently
- Contribute to unit outcomes and engage in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications :
- Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Completion of an accredited Nursing program
- Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift, and perform various physical tasks associated with patient care.
