Job description

A company is looking for a Customer Success Growth Consultant (CSM) to drive the success of entrepreneurs in their Growth Partner Accelerator.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct personalized video consultations and create tailored action plans for clients

Analyze client progress and optimize strategies for revenue growth

Manage the overall client experience, providing ongoing support and feedback

Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in business growth, coaching, or consulting

Preferred background as an ex-agency owner or extensive experience in digital marketing and sales

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Strong coaching skills to hold clients accountable and provide actionable feedback
