Anticipated Responsibilities Include :

• Participating in conceptual design and providing full support through the entire project
• Participating in project management with internal team members and consultants
• Develops and represents design and technical approaches for projects, including exploration of appropriate alternate design approaches and building systems
• Ensure project delivery meets owner requirements and applicable code and industry standards
• Maintains project design delivery schedule
• Ensures compliance with project construction budget through coordination with estimating consultants
• Meeting firm design quality and innovation expectations through understanding and application of current and emergency industry standards
• Assisting with and participating in client meetings and presentations
• Participating in construction meetings
• Construction Administration services to include submittal review, response to RFI, issuance of supplemental information, and review of change order proposals
• Continued Professional Development

Preferred Qualifications and Experience :

The annual salary for this position generally ranges between $70,000 and $120,000 and shall be commensurate with candidate qualifications and experience.
