We are looking for a dedicated RN who is ready to take on the exciting challenges in an acute neurology setting. As a key player in our healthcare team, you will provide both routine and complex patient care while developing your skills in nursing practice.

About the Role :

• Demonstrate leadership skills as you fulfill the OneCHRISTUS Competencies.
• Utilize the nursing process effectively : assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Address diverse psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families under your care.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol while monitoring for side effects and treatment effectiveness.
• Carefully document all aspects of patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers by assessing learning needs and identifying valuable resources.
