The Impact You Can Have
The IT Manager Product Development - MarTech will lead the delivery of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) capabilitiesReal-Time CDP, Journey Orchestration, Customer Journey Analytics, and Targetdriving personalization at scale for Ulta Beauty. Partnering closely with product owners, IT, and business stakeholders, this role oversees product development lifecycles, sprints, and integrations within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework. The ideal candidate combines program delivery expertise with technical product management, ensuring features are delivered with speed, quality, and measurable impact.
Youll accomplish these goals by :
- Technical Expertise : Shape the vision of MarTech products and platforms, providing solution architecture and technical ownership across Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) capabilities.
- Vision & Strategy : Build technical roadmaps from product roadmaps in collaboration with engineering leads, product owners, and stakeholders across channels.
- Cultural Champion : Drive adoption of Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) practices, mentoring teams and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous value delivery.
- Business & Stakeholder Relationship Management : Champion continuous improvement by aligning with stakeholder objectives, incorporating customer feedback, and proposing solutions that enhance product outcomes.
- Innovation Leadership : Identify and enable emerging MarTech capabilities to advance personalization, data-driven marketing, and customer experience.

Exercise independent judgment and take the lead role on product development, including continuous improvementPerform technical analysis and contribute to solution architectureHelp implement automated testing and agile quality assurance practicesEnsure the successful delivery of product features at each iteration, including product demosImplement solutions in cloud environments leveraging Adobe (AEP, RTCDP, AJO, Target & CJA), Google Cloud, AWS, and AzureDesign new solutions and system architecture across a diverse technology stack leveraging SaaS platformsTranslate graphic designs into production ready productsWork with enterprise architecture to provide platform expertise and the adoption of enterprise platformsPartner with Product Owners to groom stories into technical requirements and functional needsEnhance product by identifying new software / service opportunitiesDefine overall end-to-end and delivery system specifications and requirementsEssentials for Success
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or equivalent professional experience5+ years experience managing technology teams in a complex environment7+ years experience in product development or related technical fieldProven track record of leading large-scale, multi-million-dollar MarTech programs in global organizations.Deep knowledge of AEP components (RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, Target, Identity Service, and integrations).Experience with Adobe Firefly and Digital Asset Management (Adobe Assets / Assets Essentials) is a plus.Experience driving technical and analytical teamsProven experience with agile (continuous delivery) and iterative methodologiesSolid experience with hybrid & cloud environmentsProven experience in eliciting requirements and enterprise automationSolid experience writing product development requirements and architectureDemonstrated experience in generating process modelingUnderstand life cycles across digital products and pilotsDemonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challengesExcellent analysis / troubleshooting skills, able to solve problems efficientlyExcellent communication skills; feels comfortable working with non-technical business partnersAble to motivate others to drive desired resultsStrong experience in establishing business processesDemonstrated ability to present recommendations to senior leaders for effective decision makingWork with consultants in an onshore / offshore modelProven track record of delivering high quality solutions on time and on scheduleFlexibility of providing support during odd hours, weekends, and peak seasonsMinimal travel required (training / conferences)The pay range for this position is $119,300.00 - $175,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
