Highlights

• Chief of Anesthesiology
• Blend of leadership and clinical practice
• Team comprised of 9 Anesthesiologists and 27 CRNAs
• Shared call with strong CRNA support (3–4 per MD)
• Inpatient, Level III Trauma Center, 425-bed hospital
• Schedule : D1 model – 1 week on, 1 week off; 1 : 10 weeknight call, 1 : 5 weekend call
• Volume : ~7,000 OR cases / year; 14–17 ORs daily + Cath Lab & ASC
• Compensation : Competitive salary, sign-on bonus, 8 weeks PTO, CME paid, full benefits
• East Texas community with low cost of living and access to Dallas / Ft. Worth
