Job Overview - Physician (Internal or Family Medicine) :

Compensation : $195,000 - $225,000 / year

Location : Richmond, VA

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

TAG MedStaffing is hiring a Physician (Internal or Family Medicine) in Richmond, VA with our client. In this role, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and chronic disease management. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across multiple Richmond clinic locations to improve community health and deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities as the Physician (Internal or Family Medicine) :

• Comprehensive Patient Care : Deliver full-scope primary care, including exams, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Preventive Medicine : Promote wellness through screenings, education, and immunizations to support long-term health.
• Diagnosis & Treatment Planning : Interpret lab and imaging results to develop individualized, evidence-based care plans.
• Collaboration : Work closely with nurses, specialists, and behavioral health professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Patient Education : Educate patients and families on health maintenance, medication adherence, and lifestyle improvement.
