About The Position
Sign-on Bonus $10,000! We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to manage patient care and treatment through in-person, telephonic, and video consultations in Reno, NV. This role involves providing high-quality primary, acute, and specialty healthcare services to patients in various settings, including clinics, virtual platforms, or home visits.
Compensation & Benefits : $116,160 - $174,240 depending on experience, $10,000 sign-on bonus plus full benefits package and annual incentive bonus.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Deliver comprehensive care as the primary care provider in states where collaborative agreements are not required.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to diagnose and assess patient health concerns.
- Educate patients on disease prevention, health promotion, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with Physicians, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
- Develop and document individualized care plans.
- Prescribe medications or other appropriate treatments.
- Participate in the On-Call program, which may include after-hours, weekend, and holiday responsibilities.
Requirements :
Master's degree in Nursing and a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Current, active, valid, and unrestricted RN and NP licenses in Nevada.Multi-state licensure is required if providing services in multiple states.Completion of a Tuberculosis test is required for this position.Candidates must reside in the Reno, NV areaWhy Join Us?
