Job Description
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to manage client accounts ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term partnerships. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to solving problems.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts
Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships
Address customer inquiries and provide timely solutions
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth
Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer expectations
Prepare reports on account status and customer feedback
Ensure customer needs are met with a high level of professionalism
Handle escalations and resolve client concerns effectively
Qualifications : Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)
1 years of experience in customer service account management or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Reliable adaptable and able to work independently and as part of a team
