Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies
- Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and community outreach
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and behavioral interviews
- Present qualified candidates and support hiring managers through the selection process
- Manage the offer process including drafting and negotiating offers
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs
- Represent the organization at job fairs, networking, and hiring events
- Ensure compliance and documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
