Pay :

$100000 - $120000 / year + annual target bonus

Location :

Richardson or Austin, TX | Cisco campus

Travel :

monthly to Richardson or Austin, TX

What this job involves :

Seeking a Senior Facilities Manager (SFM) to join our team in the Texas market, supporting sites in Richardson / Allen, TX and Austin, TX.

The role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations for office and lab spaces for a technology client. The position will be responsible for all client relationships, supplier services execution and financial performance. The position will also manage a team of Facility Management professionals and event support.

What you day-to-day will look like :

Relationship Management

• Manage assigned staff performance and maintain supplier interfaces ensuring contract compliance, accurate reporting, and resolution of occupant relations issues

Budget Management

Team Development

Service Delivery

Compliance Management

Financial Oversight

Performance Accountability

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record in client relationship management and service delivery.

Experience with facilities management / CMMS software. (Corrigo Experience a plus)

Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in facilities management.

Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
