Job descriptionConduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, and social-emotional needs. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans. Provide individual and group counseling to support student mental health and behavior. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to develop intervention strategies. Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and crisis intervention as needed. Provide training and consultation for staff on mental health, behavior management, and student wellness. Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology Valid Wisconsin DPI licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility) Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required. Competitive Pay : We negotiate on your behalf to ensure you get a pay package that fits your needs. Work-Life Balance : Enjoy contracts up to 40 hours per week, unlike salaried positions, you would be paid time 1.5 for anything approved over 40 hours by your supervisor. Dedicated Support : Our dedicated Relationship Manager is there with you every step of the way to ensure you have what you need Flexibility Post-Contract : Options to extend your contract, convert to a permanent position, or explore new opportunities. Personal Time Off : Accrue paid time off for every hour worked Paid Holidays : 6 Paid holidays : Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Presidents Day and Memorial Day. Material Reimbursement : Reimbursement of $250.00 for any supplies purchased for your classroom Professional Development : We offer a reimbursement of $500.00 towards professional development this can include : CEU's, licensing fees, etc Medical, dental, and vision are offered Continued insurance coverage over the summer is optional for the employee. A 4% 401(k) match to help you plan for the future.

- Caseload : Approximately 50–60 students
- School Year : August 25, 2025 – June 12, 2026
Hourly Rate Range : $41.00- $66.00 per hour
