Lead Software Engineer

As a Lead Software Engineer at Lumin Digital, you will take charge of designing, developing, and improving enterprise web applications. Utilize your strong object-oriented programming skills in an agile SCRUM environment to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Designing, developing, documenting, and modifying software systems to fulfill enterprise application requirements.
• Writing well-structured, testable, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Collaborating with product management within an agile SCRUM framework, actively participating in decision-making and iterative development.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving software issues to ensure system reliability.
• Supporting production operations, ensuring smooth performance and prompt resolution of incidents.
• Being an integral part of a high-performing development team, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Carrying out additional tasks as assigned.

We offer a flexible work environment with minimal in-office requirements, around 12 days a year, with approximately two team get-togethers annually.

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $190,000 per year.
