Job Details

Hospice RN Team Leader

Supports the Hospice Nurse Manager position by providing leadership guidance to the professional staff on a day-to-day basis to ensure the provision of Hospice and Palliative Care services are consistent with the philosophy, goals, and policies of the program and company.

Mentors and provides leadership direction to the professional staff as directed by the Hospice Nurse Manager.

The schedule includes functioning in a backup On Call capacity 2-3 times per month and 2-3 holidays per year.

Salary range 106 to 125K (DOE)

A combination of Field and Office in the Bronx right near Montefiore Medical Center
