Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for leading complex construction projects ABM Electrical Power Solutions is looking for someone like you! In this exciting role youll take charge of large high-complexity construction projects from start to finish. Youll have the opportunity to manage key activities ensure seamless coordination and oversee the successful delivery of each project with a focus on quality safety and customer satisfaction.

What Youll Be Doing :

• Be a leader : Manage large new datacenter projects ensuring theyre completed on budget and on schedule while meeting top-notch quality standards.
• Ambassador of Communication : Be the primary point of contact between customers subcontractors and internal teams facilitating smooth communication and resolving any contract changes or staffing needs.
• Keep things running : Work closely with departments across the company to keep everything on track making any necessary adjustments to ensure project timelines are met.
• Analyze and document : Oversee and inspect work to ensure it aligns with specifications schedules and safety regulations. Ensure all contractors receive comprehensive training site orientation and are aligned with state / local code requirements building permits and inspection processes.
• Abide by the rules : Ensure compliance with all relevant policies codes and guidelines including NEC OSHA and local / state regulations.
