Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location : Phoenix, Arizona

Dates : August 4, 2025 May 20, 2026

Schedule : Full-Time | Onsite Only

Position Overview :

The Phoenix Union High School District is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for the 20252026 school year. This is an onsite position working with a multidisciplinary team to provide occupational therapy services to high school students.

Responsibilities Include :

Conduct evaluations and assessments

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)

Train parents and staff in relevant activities and assistive technology

Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other special education professionals

Maintain accurate documentation in pliance with district and state requirements

Requirements :

Active Arizona OT license

Fingerprint Clearance Card

First Aid / CPR certification preferred

Must submit all credentials, including :

OT license

Fingerprint clearance card
