Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - Susanville, CA

Contract Length : 6+ Months

Weekly Compensation : Up to $3,150 (based on experience)

Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is partnered with a top healthcare facility in Susanville, CA, to find an experienced Travel Physical Therapist. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience while working in a supportive environment and exploring one of Northern California's most scenic regions.

Job Description

  • Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities
  • Develop personalized treatment plans and rehabilitation programs
  • Provide hands-on therapy and use evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and exercises for continued care

Education and Certification Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current California Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Previous clinical experience preferred; travel experience is a plus
