What youll do :

As a Deposit Operations Support Specialist youll be supporting our Bank Operations and other areas of the bank by providing an array of back office operational support duties. Youll be responsible for ensuring that your assigned operational functions are efficiently and accurately performed while maintaining a high quality of customer service and optimal departmental workflow. One of your key responsibilities is to work across the organization on complex back office bank operational issues. You will serve as the subject matter expert in a given operational area product or service; and will provide bank wide operational support monitoring and customer assistance.

• Responsible for supporting the Deposit Operations Support Manager in performing and developing an expertise in daily back office banking operations. Ensures efficient and accurate operational support to internal business partners and / or clients and the daily operations of the department run smoothly and efficiently.
• Provide a high level of responsiveness to inquiries related to a wide-range of banking transactions. Analyze research and resolve escalated issues. Ensure clarity and direction and exhibit the necessary follow through with customers and / or staff involved.
• Assist in mitigating risk verifying audit compliance and procedural quality control. Ensures compliance with established Bank policies procedures and state and federal regulations.

What youll need :

Compensation : Hourly range for new hires is generally $21.82 - $26.95 for Las Vegas NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job addition the role may be eligible for annual bonus / incentives earned.
