Overview : The New Construction Commercial and Multifamily Roofing Account Manager is responsible for managing the sales process, building client relationships, and driving new business opportunities for roofing systems on new construction projects in the commercial and multifamily sectors. 1. Business Development :
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial and multifamily roofing sector.
o Build and maintain relationships with general contractors and developers to secure roofing contracts for new construction projects.
o Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and bids to prospective clients.
2. Account Management :
o Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients throughout the sales and post-sales process.
o Develop and sustain long-term client relationships to promote repeat business and referrals.
o Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication and addressing concerns efficiently.
3. Sales and Budget Management :
o Manage sales pipelines, track leads, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
o Provide accurate job costing and work closely with internal teams to ensure bids are aligned with profitability goals.
o Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract conditions with clients, ensuring adherence to company policies.
4. Market Research and Competitive Analysis :

5. Compliance and Safety Awareness :
