Normal working days : weekdays M - F; 5 : 30pm to 8 : 30pm Contractor position Business Services Cleaning Custodian : Full time job for Custodial cleaner will clean front office area; to include dusting, trash removal; wiping; vacuuming; sweeping; sanitizing restrooms; restocking soap, towel and tissue dispensers, removing cobwebs; cleaner will also service break room by wiping tables and chairs, sweeping, moping, running floor scrubber; removing trash, relining garbage cans, cleaning microwaves, counter and restocking soap and hand towel dispensers. These items are performed daily. Periodically, the Custodian may participate in a team effort to strip and wax tile floor and clean low pile carpet. Break room and restroom floors will be periodically scrubbed. The Custodian will maintain restocking materials at cleaning closet and turn in a completed checklist at the end of each visit.

Requirements :

• 15 hours per week
• Applicants preferred to have at least a High school diploma / GED or equivalent
• Applicants are preferred to have had at least 1 years experience
• Applicants preferred to hold a Regular driving license
• Applicant must be able to perform the job thoroughly and consistently with minimal supervision
• Applicant must be courteous and professional at all times
• Applicant must follow all safety aspects identified with the job
• Applicant must live preferably in the Carrollton, GA area
• Applicant must lift at least up to 40 lbs

Salary : $16 per hour The hours for this role is part-time.
