Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state / federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to improve independence in daily living skills.nResponsibilities : n

tEvaluate and treat patients per physician orders / referralsn

tDevelop and update individualized treatment / discharge plansn

tDocument services accurately and timelyn

tSupervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policiesn

tCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and familiesn

tMaintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standardsnQualifications : n

tGraduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT / OTD)n

tActive state OT license (or ability to obtain)n

tStrong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
