Responsibilities :
- Promote and embody the company mission, vision, and values, ensuring team commitment across all bases.
- Direct all operations within the assigned region, including labor, inventory, and aircraft turnaround activities.
- Establish strategies to improve productivity and efficiency while managing profit and loss budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Motivate, develop, and provide leadership to Operations Managers and team members.
- Oversee delivery and execution of core training and development plans for base employees.
- Coordinate flawless execution of customer-focused programs and standards to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure processes are delivered within SLA standards and compliance limits.
- Responsible for the safety, security, and development of all employees.
- Perform other duties as required to support company operations.
Must-Have Skills :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of technical training and experience in business administration.8-10+ years of related experience in operations management.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams across multiple locations.Proficiency in financial analysis and managing profit and loss budgets.Experience in warehousing, distribution, and transportation environments.Nice-to-Have Skills :
Experience in the food industry or catering operations.Knowledge of contract management and best practices in organizational effectiveness.Technical skills in strategic planning and execution.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Demonstrated commitment to high ethical standards and fostering a diverse workplace.
