As an Investment Consultant (IC) at Schwab, you have the opportunity to learn and grow within our Branch Network. This role is the first step towards becoming a Financial Consultant (FC) at Schwab, providing the exposure and experience needed to advance in this challenging space. You'll learn how to build a book of business through proactive, outbound calls to existing Schwab clients, uncovering opportunities via needs-based analysis and recommending appropriate products and solutions. You'll observe skilled FCs and learn how to deliver unparalleled value and service through collaboration and mentoring. Required Qualifications :

• A valid and active Series 7 license (may be obtained through Branch Network Licensing Program)
• A valid and active Series 66 (63 / 65) license
• A valid and active Life and Health Insurance license
