Overview

Drives customer engagement through phone support, order processing, and counter sales. Manages sales tracking, purchasing, and marketing while delivering exceptional onsite service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome contractors and homeowners with professionalism and energy.
• Drive sales through expert phone support and efficient order processing.
• Enter orders with accuracy and speed to keep operations flowing.
• Keep customers informed with timely market updates and insights.
• Engage in onsite interactions to build strong client relationships.
• Oversee inventory, pricing, and marketing of materials to support sales goals.
• Support counter sales with product knowledge and customer-first service.
• Deliver top-tier customer service by providing clear, helpful information.
• Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and keep samples and literature stocked.

Compensation : $21.00 - $27.00 Hourly
