Job descriptionPerform routine and emergency maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Handle general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and preventative maintenance. Ensure all equipment, tools, and work areas are maintained in good condition. Assist with unit inspections, turnovers, and maintaining curb appeal. Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies. Follow all safety procedures and company standards. What We’re Looking For : Previous multifamily property maintenance experience preferred. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and carpentry.
