Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team in Milwaukee, WI. The ideal candidate will provide expert nutritional guidance and support to patients, helping them achieve optimal health through personalized diet plans and education.

Responsibilities

Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop individualized meal plans.
Provide counseling and education on healthy eating habits and disease prevention.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate nutrition into patient care plans.
Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Stay current with the latest research and developments in dietetics and nutrition.

Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Dietitian (RD) credential.

Strong knowledge of nutrition science and dietetics principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Experience in clinical or community nutrition preferred.
